TNG | CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT
We acknowledge the Anmatjere people, Traditional Custodians of the land at Mount Peake in the Northern Territory, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
FROM THE PROPOSED CHAIR
WELCOME
Many thanks for your interest in our campaign to change management at TNG Limited.

I represent the Shareholders who have initiated this action, and together we hold approximately 10% of ordinary shares on issue.

THE CHANGE
While each of us have different journeys with TNG, we are firmly united in our conviction that current management must be changed in order to unlock the value of the Mount Peake resource using proprietary TIVAN technology. For TNG to achieve its mission of becoming a great Australian company, a fundamental reset is required, where the interests of all stakeholders are promoted.
[02]
TOGETHER
We are excited to be ushering in a new era at TNG, at an important time for the critical minerals sector. We look forward to engaging with TNG's many partners, and with the team as well.

Please register your email, so that we may keep you informed of developments, and remind you to vote at the appointed time.

ROADSHOW
We will commence a roadshow in early August. This will be an opportunity to introduce the proposed Chair, to listen to shareholders and to explain the transition plan. The roadshow will commence in Sydney, and include all major Australian cities. Details to follow.
