A brief update, principally for highly engaged Shareholders, who have been concerned about the ongoing phone campaign organised by current management. This involves Computershare, the designated share registry service provider for the company.
As I mentioned in my AMA on Friday, I wrote to Computershare last week, seeking a comfort letter regarding the separation of the services provided, along with confirmation of risk mitigation and audit capabilities as concerns any vote at the General Meeting.
I am pleased to confirm that Computershare wrote back yesterday and provided an extensive explanation.
I highlight that the most recent round of callouts were contracted to a third party, not Computershare. Computershare also confirmed that it will meet 'the highest professional, ethical, legal and regulatory standards' in respect of any vote.
I trust this assuages the concerns raised.
